Waited 2 more minutes and looked the phone number up on Google same number and called again, still no answer. I saw an employee walking toward my car with nothing but her cell phone in her hand. She asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes. She asked for my name. She came back and forgot the drink. By the time I had my denture order, I had been there for 15 minutes.
The net effect of this app was essentially nil. Despite ordering ahead through the app, I still had to wait in the drive-through. After going to the drive through I still had to go through the window and the pull aside forward and wait for my food.
The reason given was to make sure my order was fresh. The actual result is that there is no time saved using this app. If the app had a funtion that indicated whether your location has walk in or requires pick up at the drive through it might be of some value.
Unfortunately my local Dairy Queen has no signage indicating how to collect your order once you have use the app. Furthermore, it is apparent that the people who are attending the drive through are not very familiar with the app, though that may be a problem unique to my location.
Do youself a favor and just use the drive through. We do not feature all available credit card, cd, savings offers or all credit card issuers.
